About me

From college art major to serial entrepreneur, my path has been anything but linear. I started my career in New York City, stepping into the world of product marketing and equity research at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. But in 2000, I pivoted from finance to tech startups, moving across cities—from San Francisco to Chicago—where I held leadership roles at Salesforce.com, thisMoment, rewardStyle (now LTK), and Hello Alice.

During my career journey through my twenties and early thirties, I often felt like I was arriving at destinations by chance rather than by choice, allowing life to lead me. This perspective shifted when I realized the power of taking control of my own narrative, shaping each chapter of my life with intention and purpose. In other words, choosing my thoughts and unlocking the world of positive thinking.

This clarity propelled me to create a successful consulting business where I took on fractional C-level roles, guiding startups through critical growth phases. I also lead a seven-figure digital agency specializing in crafting innovative brand strategies. Throughout my career, I’ve been at the forefront of significant business decisions—from leading board-level meetings to mentoring ambitious teams—helping companies navigate growth, change, and reinvention.

At my core, I’m a builder. With a scrappy startup mentality, I love finding creative solutions with limited resources, turning ideas into reality, and scaling businesses that aren’t just profitable—but sustainable. This entrepreneurial spirit has been a constant throughout my career, fueling my belief that anyone can create something meaningful with the right vision, mindset, and support.

Balancing my professional ambitions with my personal life has always been a priority. As a mom, I’ve designed my work around the ability to be present for my family—because success isn’t just about revenue; it’s about freedom. That’s why I’m passionate about helping other founders, especially women, build careers and businesses that work for them.

That same belief—that we can rethink how we work, lead, and live—is what drives my latest project, Six Degrees. This is where I explore the future of work, leadership, and how we design our lives in a rapidly changing world—a space where business meets the mind, and where success is redefined beyond outdated models.

If you’re navigating what’s next—whether it’s a business, a pivot, or just a new way of thinking—I’d love for you to join me there.
