About the Founder
Hello! I’m Sarah, I am a mom, entrepreneur, consultant, growth strategist, digital marketing expert, customer experience leader, brand architect, and 5x operational tech executive. I’ve spent my career helping businesses build, scale, and pivot. Whether launching something new, navigating high-growth phases, or restructuring for what’s next, I’m the person leaders call when they need an experienced operator to drive vision, execution, and results. My belief is that success comes from knowing how to adapt, build, and execute at the right time with the right strategy.
Over the past three decades, I’ve worked within and alongside industry-defining companies like Salesforce, LTK, thisMoment, Moe Assist, Rosy Wellness, Hello Alice and Female Founder Collective. In 2012 I founded Campsix to help startups go-to-market, secure funding and unlock growth, often stepping in as an interim executive when needed.
In 2020 I also co-founded and launched Lemon HQ, a seven-figure digital marketing agency, where my team helped brands like Brilliant Earth, Ring Concierge, Armani, Blue Lagoon Skincare, Evolus, and Dearfoams grow through strategic brand marketing, partnerships, influencer-driven campaigns and events.
